Manual Payment Guidelines

1. Manual Payment Overview

We currently do not have an automatic checkout system. All payments for our e-books and online programs are processed manually. This means customers must contact us directly to request an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide access to the purchased digital products.

2. Steps for Manual Payment

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a purchase, sign up to be able to contact us using the Mobile App or Contact Page.

 

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name

  • The title(s) of the e-book(s) or online program(s) you wish to purchase

  • Your preferred payment method

Step 2: Invoice Issuance

Upon receiving your request:

  • We will issue a manual invoice via email within 1–2 business days.

  • The invoice will include the total amount, payment instructions, and a payment deadline.

Step 3: Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is completed, please send us a proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or transaction reference).

  • After confirming your payment, we will send you the purchased digital products or grant access accordingly.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following manual payment options:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Mobile payment platforms (e.g., GCash, Maya, Bank App)

Payment method availability may vary by region. Please confirm during your inquiry.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Access to e-books or online programs will be granted within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery will be made via email or access to a secure online portal, depending on the product.

5. Terms & Conditions

5.1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or cancellations once delivery or access has been provided.

5.2. Invoice Validity

  • Invoices issued manually are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • If payment is not made within this timeframe, the invoice will expire and must be reissued.

5.3. Usage Rights

  • Products are intended for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any part of the content is strictly prohibited.

5.4. Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after delivery will result in permanent loss of access to our services and may lead to legal action.

5.5. Policy Updates

  • These guidelines and terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

  • The most current version will be available on our website or upon request.
